How NextPay collects, uses and protects merchant, customer and payment-verification information.
Effective August 4, 2026Information we collect
We collect merchant account details, contact information, configured payment-account information, website domains, webhook addresses and security audit data.
During checkout we may process invoice identifiers, customer names or email addresses, transaction references, receipt details, amounts, payment methods, timestamps, IP addresses and technical logs.
How information is used
We use information to create checkout sessions, verify receipts, prevent duplicate confirmations, deliver signed webhooks, notify merchants, operate subscriptions, investigate errors and protect NextPay from abuse.
Sharing and processors
Information is shared only as needed with the merchant receiving the payment, the merchant website receiving the signed webhook, configured Telegram recipients, hosting providers and payment-provider receipt services. NextPay does not sell personal information.
Retention
Transaction and audit records are retained for security, support, accounting and dispute investigation. Retention periods may vary according to operational and legal requirements. Merchants should avoid sending unnecessary personal information in invoice notes.
Security
NextPay uses access controls, password hashing, signed webhooks, unique transaction constraints and audit records. No internet service is completely risk-free, and merchants must protect their API keys, webhook secrets and account credentials.
Your choices
Merchants may request correction or deletion of eligible account information. Transaction records required for fraud prevention, contractual obligations or legal compliance may be retained.
